The NOLA Health Screening in July was a tremendous success - it seems that this will now be an annual event for SALSAL and Heal2Together.  Many thanks to our SELA (Southeastern Louisiana) Chapter for donating their time for this event.  It was much appreciated.  

Special thanks to Marguerite Stewart for helping with the Walmart Back To School Health Screening at Jacksonville Landing on 7/30/11.  We performed PAD screenings and distributed diabetes and PAD literature.  Here are some photos from the event:  

We will be sending an email to all on the Jacksonville roster.  We need to get an updated membership roster.  Please respond to update your interest in remaining a current Jax SALSAL member. Requirements for membership are to attend at least 1 health screening and two chapter meetings annually.
