Friends of SALSAL are individuals and corporations who support Save A Leg, Save A Life by giving to our annual operating budget. Friends of SALSAL will be listed on our website and recognized with a special gift at our annual national conference. Levels of Friends of SALSAL:
Bronze members will be recognized on the website by name and at the annual national conference with a plaque.
Silver members will be recognized on the website by name, at the annual national conference with a plaque and listed in the conference program.
Gold members will be recognized on the website by name and with a photo or logo, at the annual national conference with a plaque, and in the conference program with a photo or logo.
Our goal is to reduce amputations by 25% across the nation. If we do this, we will save US health care $4 billion dollars annually. Your donation will help us support our patient advocacy programs and inform the public on peripheral arterial disease and diabetes.
