Friends of SALSAL are individuals and corporations who support Save A Leg, Save A Life by giving to our annual operating budget.  Friends of SALSAL will be listed on our website and recognized with a special gift at our annual national conference.  Starting in 2012, Friends of SALSAL will be invited to a special reception featuring special guests at the annual national conference.  To give as a Friend of SALSAL, just click the logo above.  When making your gift, please make a comment or note of "Friends of SALSAL". Levels of Friends of SALSAL:

Bronze- $1,000-$4,999

Bronze members will be recognized on the website by name and at the annual national conference with a plaque.

Silver- $5,000-$9,999

Silver members will be recognized on the website by name, at the annual national conference with a plaque and listed in the conference program.

Gold- $10,000-up 

Gold members will be recognized on the website by name and with a photo or logo, at the annual national conference with a plaque, and in the conference program with a photo or logo.

Our goal is to reduce amputations by 25% across the nation.  If we do this, we will save US health care $4 billion dollars annually.  Your donation will help us support our patient advocacy programs and inform the public on peripheral arterial disease and diabetes.  Drive for 25 is only $25 per a month for one year!  if you sign up as a Drive for 25 supporter, we will send you a Drive for 25 bracelet!  To start giving to the "Drive for 25" click on the logo above! Fundraising

 Hold an event for Save A Leg, Save A Life Foundation!  The national office already has fundraising documents in place to hold a "Drive for25" golf tournament and the "Stride for 25" 5K.  Easy ways to raise money for SALSAL are provide 50/50 raffles at your chapter meeting, provide a silent auction once a year at  your chapter meeting, organize a benefit dinner, organize a charity concert.  For more ideas and questions, please contact De Anna at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.  Invite us to speak to your group or organization regarding a wide variety of topics related to our Save A Leg, Save A Life Foundation's mission. Some topics include how to prevent amputation, information on diabetes and peripheral arterial disease, and how to make a difference in your community.
